Follow the source

Guides and dated updates link to the regulations, European Commission guidance and customs-authority material behind the main points. Read the linked legal text, including its scope and application date, before applying a rule to a shipment. A summary cannot cover every product, procedure or national requirement.

Read the dates separately

A publication date identifies the original newsletter. A separate dated update shows what was added later. We keep the original edition visible so readers can distinguish a historical briefing from a current update. A page update date does not change the effective date of a regulation.

Examples and review

Illustrative examples are labelled as examples. They are not customer results or promises of savings. The publisher attribution identifies responsibility for the page; it is not a customs-authority endorsement or certification. Your broker or adviser should review the facts and evidence relevant to your declaration.

Report a correction

Send the page URL, the passage concerned and a supporting official source to hello@orcavera.com. Please leave customer documents and personal data out of the message. Substantive corrections will identify the change and its date on the affected page.
